Today's post is Fickle Fairy Potions Quit You Clownin'. A milky white jelly based polish with multi-sized hex and small square glitters in a rainbow of neon colors.
The application was smooth and easy with no fishing for glitters required. I did, however, do some slight dabbing to get better glitter placement on the nail. Shown here is 2 coats without top coat.
I really like the fun element these bright colors bring for the summer season. And if your anything like me and don't feel comfortable wearing a bright neon pink or yellow t-shirt, this is a great way to work neons into your summer wardrobe. Well at least I'm not comfortable wearing that stuff anymore, I am a child of the '80s after all.
Quit Your Clownin' built up nicely with these 2 coats but I bet the glitters would really pop if I layered them over a white base. And next time I plan to do just that.
